AUDIO REQUIREMENTS
Please supply a professional line-array (MARTIN, D&B, NEXO). The artist’s sound engineer must have access to the equalisers, processing equipment, and crossover to make the necessary adjustments in collaboration with local engineers. The PA should reach at least 104 dB at FOH, typically requiring 4 kW per 100 m².

VIDEO REQUIREMENTS

• An HDMI cable on stage is essential.

• If using a video projector: front or rear projection is acceptable (rear projection only with an appropriate screen). Projection must cover the full screen (minimum 4×2 m).

  • Indoor: 5000 ansilumens and 50,000:1 contrast

  • Outdoor: 7500 ansilumens and 50,000:1 contrast

• If using an LED wall: ensure optimal colour rendering, pre-testing, and calibration. For audiences >4 m from the stage, a minimum pitch of 3.8 is required; for audiences <4 m, a minimum pitch of 2.4.

VIA HEADPHONES
This show can also be delivered via headphones, without the audio system, where necessary. We welcome this solution and can travel with up to 200 headphones.

MERCHANDISING
Please provide a designated area within the venue for the display and sale of official merchandise, including a table with appropriate lighting.

ACCOMMODATION

• Hotel: Minimum 3‑star standard for 4 people (2 single rooms and 1 double room).

• Home Accommodation: Clean beds, a hot shower, and breakfast the following morning.

DINNER OR CATERING
Provide healthy dinner options for 4 people.

• A variety of sandwiches, snacks, vegetables, and fresh fruit

• 10 bottles of still water (unrefrigerated and refrigerated)
