Technical requests

What space do we need?

We need a space of about 3mt x 2mt for BSP, on its sides we usually mount the station of Alessio and Akasha.

In total a stage of 6mt x 4mt is sufficient.

AUDIO REQUIREMENTS - (if requested)
Please provide a professional line-array (MARTIN, D&B, NEXO).
The artist’s sound engineer should have access to the equalizers, processing equipment and crossover to make the appropriate adjustments for the show, in collaboration with the local engineers. PA’s sound pressure should be at least 104 db at F.O.H. Generally, 4 kW every 100 mq is requested.

VIA HEADPHONES - This show can also be made with headphones without the audio system, for soazi in which it is not possible to have it. The show lends itself a lot to this and a welcome solution for us, we have the possibility to travel with a number of headphones up to a maximum of 200

VIDEO REQUIREMENTS
HDMI cable on stage.
If video projector:
Front or rear projection (rear projection only with appropriate screen). Projection must cover the entire screen size (minimum size 4*2 mt) Video projector minimum specifications:

if indoor, 5000 ansilumen, 50000:1 contrast if outdoor, 7500 ansilumen, 50000:1 contrast
If ledwall:
optimal color rendering

MERCHANDISING
Please provide an area in the venue for the exposition and sale of official merchandising. In that area, a table with appropriate lightning should be provided.

ACCOMMODATION
In case of accommodation in an hotel, minimum request is a 3-star hotel for 4 people.
Room list: 2 single room + 1 double room

In case of home accommodation, please provide clean beds, hot shower and breakfast the following morning.

DINNER
Please provide healthy food for 4 people.

CATERING
-A variety of sandwiches, snacks, vegetables and fresh fruit
-10 bottles of still water (out of the fridge)
-2 branded juice (in the fridge)
